Challenge
La Sagrada Papa, a Colombian brand dedicated to cultivating and delivering organic, sustainable vegetables, faced the challenge of establishing a robust marketing strategy. The goal was to enhance digital presence and market positioning, with a focus on both contemporary and traditional marketing components.
Process
In my role, I meticulously crafted a comprehensive marketing strategy, encompassing a detailed diagnosis, strategic pathways, competitor analysis, and the tools needed for effective implementation. I also produced, recorded and edited both, a corporate video and a reel, tapping into emerging trends of that time. While I actively participated in developing the strategy, the execution stages were passed on to a dedicated professional hired to bring the plan to life.

Additionally, I contributed by taking photographs and crafting designs and copy for potential ads, providing a holistic approach to marketing.
Solution
Although not directly involved in the execution phase, the implemented strategy contributed significantly to La Sagrada Papa's growth, market positioning, and increased sales.
